My name is Emily & I have a passion for God and His people.

- I was born and raised in Holt, Michigan. Went to Holt Public Schools, attended Holt Christian Church, you get the idea!
- I graduated from Hope College in May with a degree in Elementary Special Education.
- I love sports and being active! I played basketball at Hope. (And yes I am tall)
- My family is so important to me! My parents are the best. I have one brother who is six years older than me and the best sister-in-law that a girl could ask for.
- I have a strong love for Christmas and Diet Coke
- God is calling me on this crazy adventure called the World Race! I am thrilled and terrified to leave for a year and serve the kingdom of God! I am trusting in God and the wonderful and perfect plans that He has for me!
