If you’ve had longer than a five minute conversation with me in the last year, there is a good chance that you have heard me talk about the World Race.
WELL IT’S OFFICIAL PEOPLE!
I WILL BE EMBARKING ON THIS CRAZY ADVENTURE IN JANUARY 2016!
So what exactly is the World Race you ask?
The World Race is a missions trip where me and a group of young adults will travel to 11 countries in 11 months. We will be serving “the least of these” while among real and raw community. The actual mission will look different from month to month depending on what country we are in, but it will always be focused on God’s kingdom work.
The countries on my route include:
- Mozambique
- Malawi
- Zambia
- Philippines
- Thailand
- Cambodia
- Colombia
- Ecuador
- Peru
- Chile
- Argentina
I am so excited to see how God can use me to spread His love and kingdom in these countries!
In order for me to follow this calling that God has put on my heart, I need to raise approximately $16,277. If you guys are anything like me your jaw probably dropped when you read that number. Yes, the money is very intimidating. HOWEVER, I am confident that God is calling me to the World Race. I am confident that God will provide.
