This Sunday my 50 squad-mates and I will be heading down to Georgia for 8 days of Training, in preparation for our launch in January. I am extremely excited about Training Camp, and cannot wait to see what all God is going to do with our squad while there!
I am now almost fully equipped with my gear!! I already have my tent/rain fly/footprint, and I have just received my pack(Thank You soo much Richard & Rachel Hawks!!!)! I have also gotten my sleeping bag/pad, day pack, and mess kit this past week. I am currently waiting for my pack converter(covers my pack in bad weather and during flights),a small compact camping pillow, a universal repair kit (for my sleeping pad), and a plate and utensils to come in the mail in the next couple of days. God has been so GOOD about providing things just when I need it! I am still in need of a headlamp, and some ditty sacks (dirty laundry sacks), If you would like to help me out in that area just check out my Gift Registry at:

I am beyond Excited to meet my D SQUAD members in person in just 4 days!! These people not only have become my friends, they are FAMILY! They are always there for me, to make me smile when I am upset, to let me know they care when I am hurting, and to encourage and strengthen me when I am doubting. I cannot wait to make even stronger bonds with these people, and I even more to REPRESENT the D SQUAD!!!
