I am a born and raised northern girl who went to college in the south. It confirmed two things in my heart; my desire to live out southern hospitality and my love for fried chicken.
I am THAT girl who thinks old men are “cute.” I probably reference Dave Ramsey more than the average 24-year-old. I am the neighborhood watch. Some call it nosey. I call it observant and knowledgeable. Lecrae and Pitbull make me run faster. I LOVE to dance. While I don’t think So You Think You Can Dance will be calling any day soon I am currently perfecting my dougie and wooble just in case.
I am roomies with my older sister. I think we’re quite funny together. She keeps me sane and encourages me to pursue my dreams. My younger sister is just as witty and has given me two adorable nieces that I get to love on.
My favorite time to pray is while I’m driving in my car. I take the command to care for widows and orphans seriously. I feel deeply for people; which tends to lead to crying. Be warned it’s messy; I’m talking red blotches and running nose. My only redeeming quality is that my eyes turn bright blue. You’ll see. Probably more than once.
Gift giving is my number one love language. After a hard night at work I aimlessly walk around Walmart as therapy. I know Target feels betrayed but if it were open at midnight I’d be there! I love games. Competitive was in the running for my middle name but my mom showed some grace. I will come up with any excuse to wear high heels. And under no circumstance would I ever pass up frozen yogurt.
Oh and I am labor and delivery nurse!
