EXCITING NEWS: I REACHED MY NEXT DEADLINE OF $10,000!!

With that being said, I am now able to leave in exactly one month to make my way to Ecuador and start this crazy journey. HOLY MOLY! God is so so good; I can’t believe I ever doubted Him. Faith is key and let me tell ya, when you have that, God will show up in ways you never would have imagined. I can still think back to the time God gave me a vision of Him leading me through the wilderness and when I began to doubt Him and where He was taking me, He simply said, “why do you have such little faith? Just trust me. We’ll get there soon.” And boy oh boy, was He ever right. It’s like God totally opened the flood gates and funds came pouring in when I least expected them to. Heck, I was worried I wasn’t going to reach the $10,000 deadline and I now have over $11,000 and it’s only September 2nd!!! How freaking RAD? I’m in complete awe.

One thing I can tell you from personal experience is if God calls you to something, He WILL make a way. There might be days where it seems utterly impossible, but have faith in Him and He’ll totally knock your socks off. Matthew 19:26 – Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Right now, I don’t have an exact amount of how much I have raised because the money takes a couple days to show up on my page and people are still giving, but I should have somewhere around $11,115. That means I’ll have to raise roughly $2,690 more until I’m fully funded at $13,805. All I can say is WOW. Now that I’ve reached my deadline of $10,000, my next deadline is November 30th and I need to have $13,000 raised. After that, I’ll need $13,805 by January 31st.

I truly can’t thank you all enough for being so supportive and making this possible, whether you’ve given financially, prayerfully, and/or simply read/shared a blog of mine. Those things might not seem like a big deal to you, but God sees that and is totally going to bless you because of it.

2 Corinthians 9:8-11 – Besides, God is able to make every blessing of yours overflow for you, so that in every situation you will always have all you need for any good work. As it is written, “He scatters everywhere and gives to the poor; his righteousness lasts forever.” Now he who supplies seed to the farmer and bread to eat will also supply you with seed and multiply it and enlarge the harvest that results from your righteousness. In every way you will grow richer and become even more generous, and this will cause others to give thanks to God because of us.

Luke 6:38 – Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
