While in my senior year of college,
I had no idea what I would be doing once I graduated
But all I knew was that…
I WOULD BE TRAVELING!
When I was trying to figure out what I would be doing once I graduated, I had no idea where to look, but I knew that I wanted to travel. Who knew what God had in store for me. As I was searching, I was thinking of either continuing my education by getting my master degree overseas or I was going to teach overseas. Keeping my options open, I was looking around for something that would fit who I am.
One day, while I was on facebook, I saw an advertisment that was for spring break mission trips. So I clicked on the link even though I was already going on a spring break mission trip, but what can I say, I was curious. After searching the sight for a little bit, I came across a mission trip that when to 10 countries in 2 months and I thought this sounded like me. Later that week, I was telling a friend about the mission trip that I had found and she said that she had a friend on a mission trip that went to 11 countries in 11 months. That night, I looked up the World Race Mission and started my application. As I was filling out the application, I was praying and asking God if this was where He wanted me and I just felt His presence and that indeed it was where He wanted me.
I am so ready for what God is going to be teaching me in the coming months. I am ready to be stretched, molded, and taken out of my comfort zone.
