Question: “Are you excited?”
Answer: Yes, I am! It just doesn’t feel real yet. Going on a longer term mission trip has been something I have longed for a really long time, but now that I am accepted and going in August, it has not yet kicked in that this is REAL. It feels very surreal. As time comes closer and things come more into place it is beginning to feel more real, but wow oh wow it is a journey in itself to prepare. I am super pumped to see what God has in store for this amazing journey.

“I’m freaking scared of going on the World Race.
As things are coming like setting up my tent (in my living room) and getting more familiar with setting up and tear down of my tent – things are getting more real.
As I crawl in my tent (my home coming this August) I think of all the things to come, and I honestly freak out.
Am I ready? Will I be ready? Will I ever be ready?
I think of all the gear I may need.
-Will I ever feel equipped?-
I may never feel READY, and things will most definitely be out of my comfort zone, but God will continue to challenge and amaze us!
Thank you, God!
It’s not on my own strength and my own wisdom.
I pray for You to fill me and my team with Your Spirit. Give us Your Words – Your Truth -Your Love -Your Strength
Let us not rely on ourselves, but instead raise our eyes to You, Great Almighty.
I am far from perfect.
But, God is –
I come from a Perfect and Pure Father in heaven.
Thank you, Jesus for this amazing opportunity.
Help me to not get caught up in the lies, but when I get fed lies that I’ll run to Your Truth.
