Hello friends, family and onlookers!

This post is for those of you who don’t know much about me. I am a college senior, getting ready to graduate, in just a few short months, with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. My specialization/minor is in Cross Cultural Studies a.k.a missionary studies because I wish to use my degree to go into the world and show God’s love to all people.

My dream is to eventually start a non-profit organization that helps students around the world receive a specialized therapeutic education that meets their specific emotional and behavioral needs. These schools will be built especially for those who have suffered major emotional trauma and need a learning environment that helps them continue to learn and grow as they simultaneously heal from hurt. Its a big dream and this big dream is a major part of the reason I decided to begin my post-college journey by participating in the World Race missions program.

I think that the World Race will really give me a taste of what it may be like for me as I go into full time ministry and have to be away from my family and friends for long periods of time. It will also help me to know where students who have special emotional needs are so that I can build my organization with more personal intelligence as I will have real faces and stories in mind.  God called me on this journey completely unexpectedly and I’m not quite sure what all the reasons will be but I know I will discover those reasons as I continue to walk with Him through it. As I discover those reasons I will be sure to post them on this blog to keep you all updated as I continue to grow. God is doing amazing things in my life already and I know there is so much more to come.

Thank you so much for reading! I hope this has helped you learn a little bit more about who I am. Please be in prayer that I will be able to raise enough financial and prayer support during these next few months. Thank you all again for your amazing support of me so far!
