After an intense month of ministry, our squad has safely arrived in our third kingdom in three months:
CAMBODIA
(Swaziland and Thailand being the other two).

The Kingdom of Cambodia
Fun fact about Cambodia- they celebrate the Khmer New Year in April. What does that mean for a World Race squad? A brief period of rest while the entire country shuts down for four days.
After reuniting in Bangkok, our squad of 50 traveled to Siem Reap, Cambodia, home to Angkor Wat. We’ve spent the past few days reconnecting, doing a bit of sightseeing and recharging our batteries to finish the Race strong.

We head to our ministry site in Takeo (one hour southwest of Phnom Penh) on Tuesday afternoon. I’m excited to be serving at the Takeo Children’s Home- more details to come! http://www.takeochildren.org/OurStory.html
*The internet situation is unknown, so remember that no news is good news. Love you guys!
Here's some pictures from the New Year:

We were greeted in style at the Prohm Roth Guesthouse. They took good care of us!
We had the opportunity to visit Angkor Wat, one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World.
We had to get up early, sunrise is at 6 am.
There were lots of fun ruins to explore!

One temple had these giant faces everywhere!
Tomb Raider Temple had sweet roots growing on the ruins.

Me at Angkor Wat sunrise.
And for your viewing pleasure, a video capturing our "Tour of Temples." Enjoy!
