Ah feed back. We have a love hate relationship. Feed back is essentially pushing each other closer to who Jesus is by giving each other: one encouragement of how they already look like Jesus and one way you could look more like Jesus. For example if you see Harry not being kind with his words toward someone you can come up to him and say “Hey Harry I notice how you love to play with the kids and show them attention often times I see the kids are sometimes hurt by your words so maybe next time you can find a kinder way to say the same thing.”

Once a month we do supper feedback which is just one piece of feed back for everyone one on  your team. So once a month I reactive 7 pieces of encouragement and 7 pieces of you a work on this.  This month  the main “theme” was walking with humility. My team was right in saying this. I had seen it before they said it. My thoughts were not very humble I guess it was leaking out into my actions as well. But they also encouraged me a great deal with other things that they have said to me. I think feed back can be summed up in this verse Proverbs 9:9-10 “Instruct a wise man and he will e wiser still; teach a righteous man and he will add to his learning. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”  Feedback can be hard to swallow at times and hard to give at times but it is always good to have others speaking life into you.
