Hi!!

We have been in Thailand for almost a week! But I want to rewind a bit and just brag on our GOOD FATHER!!

While we were still in Malaysia and the girls were working on logistics, Lacie got in to a conversation with a random guy who referred her to a certain website for lodging, through that she came across a house that was way above our budget but felt compelled to just ask anyway! She explained to him that we have a budget and asked if he would be able to come close to that. He ended up charging us only a third of the original price! So we booked it and we call it ‘The Princess Castle’.

TALK ABOUT FAVOR!!

So the next day as Whitney was booking our tickets to Bangkok she was working through and interpreter and realized the guy was not only moving us from 3rd class to sleeper cars, but was charging us way less than he should have. When she tried to tell the lady he wasn’t charging us enough she said,”no no it’s ok”. Whaaaaat??!!

OH YES!! WE ARE LOVED!!

So for that 18 hour train ride which was over night, we got to sleep in our own bunk!!… For cheap!

We get to Thailand in the afternoon and we’re all hungry so we’re looking for a place that serves Pad Thai (a noodle, chicken, veggie dish) we get to this restaurant and they serve it but it costs more then half of our budget! So we tell them we are on a budget and can spend this certain amount of money, and if there is a way they can accommodate us? What do you think?!

FAVOR AGAIN!!!

They bring us 3 dishes of Pad Thai and a stack of plates!! The thing is it’s not that we couldn’t have found food somewhere else that was in our means but why not ask? Ask and you shall receive!

FATHER LOVES HIS KIDS AND GIVES US WAY MORE THEN WE DESERVE!

The more I let Father’s love sink into my heart, the more I want it to touch those around me! One of my favorite things to do as I walk down the street is to smile to as many people as I can and watch their faces light up! Happiness is contagious!
