Being a Christian is hard.
Pressure…
The pressure is on, and living up to certain standards seems impossible.
Just because a person is labeled as a Christian, doesn’t mean they are one.
Sadly, this can be applied to my life. I know what’s true and I know how I should be living. However, my actions, thoughts, and desires reflect a life of sin. With this, I feel unworthy, as my goal in life is to spread the love of God.
How can one spread the love of God when they live a sinful life?
Being a Christian is hard.
But it’s worth it.
I am in the midst of figuring my life out and living my life for God. I want my story to be one of success and intent.
As I prepare for my journey to spread God’s love in the upcoming months, I pray that I am really found in him. I pray that my eyes are opened to what God is asking of me. Our mistakes and sins only define us if we let them. Repentance is important and must be understood to its fullest extent. I call myself a Christian, but I don’t always feel like I deserve that title. The good news is that I am reaching for God’s love, I am receiving it, and I am prepared to share it. Life change is obtainable, so together we all have to play our part.
