For starters you should know my real name is Ellen but I go by Ellie and thats just the beginning, read on my friends…
1. I LOVE Jesus. In every sense of the word. I need him. I'm devoted to him. I aspire to please him. I earnestly pray for him to be my everything. Ya dig?
2. I have a really good sense of style. Obviously….observe exhibit A>>
3. I am a proud Midwest girl, born and raised in Kansas therefore I do not have an accent. However I do tend to pick up a thing here or there and have worked alongside southern accent peoples in the past, so you might hear "y'all" come out of my mouth everynown and then (currently trying to break this habit).
4. Since my parents are both from Nebraska I was born and raised a Husker fan. I chose to follow in their footsteps and will be graduating from UNL in May 12' with a degree in Family & Consumer Science Education. GO HUSKERS! Hello Big10.
5. I am the middle child, with an older brother, Jordan, who is a 6'7" 24 year old (thank goodness I never went through an extreme growth spurt and would say I am an "average" height). I also have a 21 year old baby sister, Katie, (always will be no matter the age) and we are constantly asked if we are twins. Sometimes we play along but were not very good actress's so we have yet to convince anyone.
6. I am an extremly picky eater and my recent discovery of a gluten allergy has only caused my list of "foods Ellie likes" to drastically decrease (this might be an advantage on The World Race, considering I could eat rice all day and be satisfied).
7. I am extremely UNATHELTIC, zero skills. Only sport I thrived at was cross country and lets be honest, even then its a matter of the mind (thanks Mom & Dad…not).
8. Overall personality?? hmm….Chill. Outgoing. Sometimes awkward. Often end up in conversations with random strangers. Some sum me up as "bubbly." A little ADHD at times, ok alot.
9. I LOVE MUSIC and DANCING.I would like to emphasize I'm not saying I'm "good" at dancing just that I "love" to do it. Literally, if I hear a beat my body is moving, it's out of my control. Preferred music: Hip to the Hop all day, any day. (ex: Flame, Canton Jones, Macklemore, Shad, etc..)
