Hi guys!
I come to you today with exciting news. After a lot of thought and prayer, I have decided to switch my World Race route. Rather than leaving in October for India, Malaysia, and Zambia, I will be leaving in September for Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Nepal, and the Philippines.
My new route could not be more perfect for me, and every day I see more evidence of a God who is the orchestrater of all things, who is present in the details, and who cares about the desires and longings of our heart. Now when I think about the the upcoming year, I am filled with an excitement and anticipation that I haven’t ever experienced.
Esther 14:14 says “Perhaps this is the moment for which you have been created,” and right now I’m clinging to those words. This is my moment, and this is what God has been preparing me for. As all my close friends get ready to head to college, I see a different path that God has set out for me and I feel overwhelmed by peace, joy, and contentment. I am thankful for this opportunity He has given me, to see more of His creation and meet new people who He created in His image and love and serve the world that He cares so deeply about.
My trip is approaching fast, and I ask for your help to take this next step. I ask that you pray for a couraegous heart, a bold spirit, and an intentional next few months for me. I also ask that you pray for me to meet my financial deadlines, and to trust fully in God’s provision. I am currently about 10% funded, and I need to have $5,000 towards my trip by July 7th. I am overwhelmed by the love, support, and interest I am shown each and every day. You all are amazing, and I’m so thankful for anyone who supports my trip in anyway.
