Trust

a: assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something 
b: one in which confidence is placed
 
 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
 
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? Romans 8:31-37
 
Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.Hebrews 4:1

Therefore we do not give up.Even though our outer person is being destroyed, ourinner person is being renewed day by day. For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an absolutely incomparable eternal weight of glory.So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord! Psalm 27:14

And to aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you, 12 so that you may walk properly before outsiders and be dependent on no one. 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

And God is able to make all grace abound to you so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8

We all have times when we wish we had a crystal or in other words just something greater than we have. something which will show us what our future holds, what the outcomes of certain decisions would be. There are times in our life when we face changes and things we don’t like in our lives when we are worried about things going wrong. There are also many things in our life which are out of our control and make us feel anxious and frustrated Yet, the Bible promises us that we can find rest in trusting God.How can that become a reality though? It’s all very easy to say, but how do we manage to make it something we experience as a necessary part of our Christian journey… when does it count? I have lately been struggling with trust and Gods plan in my life. Trusting God is a fundamental part of our faith which strengthens us during times of change.

Trusting God can bring us comfort when we are facing situations out of our control which makes us feel under pressure or anxious. Trusting God can bring us security safety and rest! In quietness and trust is your strength – I love those words. Although they have not always been a reality in my life. There have been times when I panic and stress and my emotions have taken over. So, how do we know rest from trusting God no matter what life may throw at us? Life can be tuff at times. The waters we sail are not always peaceful and calm. 
 
Sometimes they are choppy and sometimes things can be dramatically stormy. No matter what we face, God is there with us and we can know peace and rest through trusting Him, though this is hard to remember that God has a plan and there are a time and place for everything under God! He loves you for he has made everything beautiful in its time!
 
You can trust God. So many of us are going through the biggest storm of our life, but I want you to know that you can really trust God. 

There have been many times where I had to trust God, and a big trusting of god is going on this world race. There are situations we are all going through.There has never been a time when God didn’t provide for me. Never! I’ve seen God move even though in some situations it took a long while. He was building in me a faith unlike any other. He’s been working with me through the many hard times. Why do we cast so much doubt on the power of the living God? Why?

In trials, it is easy to get weary. I would constantly keep on seeing the numbers 1:37 or 137 everywhere I went or everywhere I turned as a reminder that God is going to be faithful. Hold on! You can trust God too. I won’t boast in self or in a ministry because I am nothing and anything I do is nothing without God. One day He made me focus on Job 42:2 “no purpose of yours can be thwarted.” Then, God set my heart on Luke 1:37  “For no word from God will ever fail.”

whatever is bothering you-you can give over to god. As its so easy to worry about all the details in my life and that I want everything to work out as I think, it’s hard because I want everything to happen instantaneously but great things take time, and to know that trusting in God who will never fail is the most powerful and satisfying thing. To learn about trusting God and the truth of his word is so fulfilling and brings truth filled lives. TRUST HIM TODAY, TOMORROW AND FOR FOREVER!!
