Hello again, I realized I didn’t give much of a backstory on myself. So here we go! I am a Pastry Chef, with a major in European Pastries and a minor in Hospitality Management. When I got out of school 2 years ago I worked at an all girls summer camp for a few months in Minnesota, but since then I have been employed as the Baker at College of the Ozarks. I oversee all Bakery operations in concessions, the cafeteria, and catering. It’s been a crazy busy time, but I really love what I do! For the longest time I have felt, well, bored. It’s fun getting to bake whatever you want to all day long, but what’s the point of it? Last summer I attended an awesome event called Together 2016, go check it out! This movement really helped me put my own life in perspective. It’s not always supposed to be about me, actually according to the Word it really shouldn’t ever be about me. It’s all about God. What are his plans in my life, what is wanting to use me for? With each step of faith I took it got harder to step. At first it was small things like going to church more than just Sundays and Wednesdays, and then going to the payer house. But it started to get a lot harder like go back to college at Evangel University. And now leave that same college after 2 semesters to go on the World Race! So theres a bit about me. More to come…
