So we got our city assignments for Croatia.
But wait! One of them isn’t actually in Croatia.
Petra and Kingdom Unity are heading to Osijek and Pecs. Osijek is in Croatia. Pecs is in Hungary.
Our plan at the moment is to take an overnight train from Brasov to Budapest. Once we’re there, we can either stay Sunday night in Budapest, and then head to Pecs from there on Monday morning, or head straight on to Pecs from Budapest on Sunday.
We’re spending this next month living almost completely on faith. The hostels we’ve researched so far are too expensive for our budget, and there aren’t any campgrounds in Pecs. We’re eating $2.50 worth of food a day. And we’re actually pretty excited about it. We’re like the scouts who checked out Jericho before Joshua sent their walls tumbling down. We’re just looking for our Rahab.
