Here is a big thank you to all of you who supported me financially on this trip. Within this last month I have met and exceeded my goal of $14,300! Praise Jesus! Because of this, I am able to focus fully on ministry and not spend time fund raising from the field, for which I am so grateful. For those who are currently giving monthly, I would ask that you either stop sending money or else send it instead under my teammates’ names; Katie Eason, Renee Numan, Shida Brooks, and Don Hamilton are still short some funds and would appreciate any and all support sent their way. Once again, your financial support has been such a huge blessing to me. Thank you so much!
Although the finances have been met, please continue to keep myself and my team in your prayers! I’ve tried to make a brief list so that all you prayer warriors know what requests to bring before the Throne of our King on our behalf.
- Continued unity for our team
- That the gospel would be preached with and without words (especially when communication is challenging)
- Servants hearts in any and all situations
- Open hearts for those we are working with and serving
- Health (especially when the locals serve us piranha for lunch! Haha)
- Safety for us and our belongings (several people have been stolen from already here in Ecuador)
- Complete and willing abandonment (especially when we do have things stolen)
- Provided finances for the teammates who are still in need
- Hunger for the Word and the passion to spur each other on in our relationships with Christ
