This next year I will be traveling to each country with my squad of 55 people. We are V-Squad (each squad has a letter, so we are basically the 22nd WR squad to be sent out) and we bonded into a family while we were at Training Camp. We are committed to encouraging, challenging, loving, accepting and keeping each other accountable.
Within our squad, we are broken down into teams, which are the smaller family-sized groups that will live and minister together in each country.
We are Team HIS, which stands for Hope Is Sealed. We are ready and willing to bring Hope to the nations. There is hope in salvation, hope in freedom, hope in a single smile, and most of all there is hope in Jesus Christ! And that hope is sealed and certain – It’s going to be revealed to people around the world! I can’t wait to see how God uses us!
The other teams said that our diversity and uniqueness was going to be one of our strengths, and I am confident that they were right. We are bold, and we’re bringing a freedom that only comes from knowing Jesus!
