Excuze-Mua!?.
The weeks theme pressed into how to deny ourselves daily as followers of Christ when we are surrounded by a me-centered culture.
All of our girls on the last day by the lake.
The exclamation mark at the end of excuze-mua! represents the me-centered culture. Something bad happens to you, and you feel like you have the right to feel like the world should revolve around you. EXCUSE ME!

The question mark at the end of excuze-mua? represents God’s intervention. How He humble and quietly will ask “excuse me?Why aren’t you including me?”

The period at the end of excuze-mua. represents the end. That’s it, God is first, excuse me for getting in the way and thinking so highly of myself. I just want to follow you. A definite state of following Christ.

As the girl’s all began to bring things to the light that they individually were putting before Christ, transformation began.
  • Girls learned big lessons about jealousy and self-image They were made perfect in the Image of God!
  • Girls were listening for God to speak and hearing Him for the first time. Always AMAZING!
  • Girls were being called to repent and experiencing the Fear of God. WHOA!?
  • Ultimately girls  felt called to rededicate their lives and surrender all! YES GOD!
  • Even a few gave their lives over to Christ for the very first time! REALLY? God is so Good!

It was a week of freedom, fun and Jesus and I ask that you continue to pray with me for each of these girls. Pick a face in the picture and ask the Lord to continue to have His powerful hands upon them as they begin a new school year. Pray that they would never forget what the Lord has done for them and they would be bold enough to stand firmly on His foundation that they have found.

Serving God’s Kingdom is what I want to do for the rest of my life. He has currently called me back to Kenya so this fall I’ll be entering into AIM’s staff as an apprentice to learn all I need to learn to be “Sent Out”. If you want to learn more about my broken heart for Kenya check out our website at http://campvision.weebly.com or my first blog, The Beginning of Blood, Sweat, Tears and Jesus.

Please consider joining me as a ministry partner in prayer or financially. If you feel called to support me financially you can give by clicking the support me tab on the left. Thanks!
