This is a post I have been wanting to do for a while, but not really having the right words to say. I wanted to take this time to say thank you to the people who have truly impacted me in so many ways since being on the field.
First, I want to thank Moses, for teaching and reminding me that Love is not primarily in words, but the way you live and treat others. You reminided me of chikdlike faith, and how trust is so precious and pure. You showed me how to protect, and genuinely care for everyone, and you were only 8 years old. Next, I want to thank Stephanie from Costa Rica, and how you showed me the beauty of Personal Intimacy with Jesus in your everyday life. You showed me the Value of encouragement, and how that gift coupled with discipleship impacts and uplifts people. Everytime you lead devotional it was real and inviting and personal and always centered on Jesus. Hannah Fletcher, you saw me and who I was becoming. You called out my giftings and to take ownership of the way God made me and to be ok with that. You showed me what God is currently doing and wanting to do in my life, and you encouraged me to step into that. Thank you Richard, for seeing me not just as a man, but a Dangerous Man who has Purpose and Authority. You led me to freedom in Christ and daily victory in him. God used you and your team to establish me as his Child and Crown me as his coheir with Christ, and how i fully and confidently walk in that Truth. Brittany V, thank you for showing me that I am not alone and the only person struggling. You constantly encouraged and support me every chance you get, you also showed me the beauty of overflow. Thank you Scott and Jen Esposito, for seeing my value, and encouraging me to stand firm and fight in Christ. The next group of people i want to thank is P sqaud. We meet at the awakening in Honduras. Thank you for reminding me with fresh eyes, to have the desire and fire of the gospel living in me. Thank yoh for inviting me into your community. Thank you for encouraging my story as i danced it before you guys. Thank you for reminding me of joy and excitment for and of the Lord. Thank you for reminding me of the readiness to share the gospel in love as i love other people. Thank you for being friends and family for life. Thank you RT, for being a constant. For being part of my deliverance of certain things. For speaking life into me. For walking with me and showing me truth. You showed me what true leadership is, and that it is influence coupled with vision and direction that is meant to bring about impact on peoples lives and create change for the better. I also want to thank Hannah Esposito, for showing me the personal beauty of my testimony and how it is very intimate between me and the Lord that should be stewarded wisely. Finally, thank you to every single person that has supported me by giving financially, praying for me, sharing my post, reading my blogs, thinking of me, and supporting in any other way. You guys showed me the importance of inviting people into my life and journey, and how i am not meant to do this alone, nor will i ever be able to. I would not be here today experiencing what i am experiencing or meeting the people i have met, whom i mention today if it were not for you, nor would I ever be able to write these words. I am grateful for you all and love you all so dearly. I am thanful and look forward to the next set of individuals God puts in my path that not only show me more of who i am and how he created me, but also how they point me to Jesus and growing in the grace and knowledge of him and knowing him in relationship. Thank you also to all who have ever poured into me, discipled me, or even walked alongside of me. My heart is so full. Also thank you to those whom I have ministered to that showed me how God uses, a willling, obedient and broken vessel like me. You also showed me more of the Fathers heart and impacted me to grow more in being a child of God and disciple.
Thank U, Next
Your grateful friend,
Dyl
