“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. Pray also for me, that whenever I speak words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel for which I am an ambassador in chains. When going on this journey with the Lord called The World Race, something happens in your life that you never expected. You are put on a squad of about 50 people, and you grow and unite as 1 in Christ for the next two years. I had and still have the joy of being united with a group of 41 other people who I love so dearly and can call genuine brothers and sisters in Christ for eternity. They each hold a place in my heart, and Right now, they can use all of the encouragement, prayer, and financial support they can get. It is written that we should intercede for one another and pray for the saints, and these saints who are humbly walking in obedience with the Lord need this.

Marissa Anderson: marissaanderson.theworldrace.org This young lady is such a sweet, kindhearted, and strong woman. When I think of her I immediately think of the song independent woman by desitny’s child. She has such a heart for the Lord, and a smile that is contagious. She puts others before herself, and she is not afraid to lend a helping hand and nurture those who are in need or are hurting.
Brittany Dykstra: brittanydykstra.theworldrace.org This incredible woman is a woman of INTEGRITY who puts God before anything and anyone. I had the gift of flying back to TX with her after training camp, and her story is beautiful. She leads with gentleness and humility, and she makes sure others are taken care of before her. She has such a big heart that you cannot help but to want to be around her. She is a rebel for Christ, and unique in her own way.
Bethany Grayczyk: bethanygrayczyk.theworldrace.org She is a natural born leader with amazing ideas and so passionate. She has so much to offer, and though she can be quite, when she speaks it is with confidence. Her personality is like no other, and she is so outgoing and does not care what anyone thinks of her or says of her. She truly is a one of a kind gem.
Lynna Scarborough: lynnarollow.theworldrace.org When I think of Lynna, I think of the Movie HOcus pocus and the Lead witch. She has a spunky personality, witty, and if allowed, would be the mastermind of some diabolical plan to bring laughter to other people. She is steadfast in the Lord and you can see that if you read her last two blog posts, they are amazing. She is amazing.
Savannah Stoker: savannahstoker.theworldrace.org Lemme tell ya about this girl, This girl is a Georgia made, sweet sassy, white version of Madea and I LOVE HER!! she has a sass so fierce that not only do you love her for it, but you cannot help but encounter Jesus all at the same time, simply because her heart is to love you and point you to Jesus as well as encourage and support you. CArry on My amazing sour patch kid!!! lol
Melissa Vereen: melissavereen.theworldrace.org THis woman, is the sweetest, most compassionate girl ever. She has such a huge heart and pours all of herself into anything and everyone all for the sake of the Gospel and kingdom of God. Keep reflecting Jesus yo.
Caleb Callaway: calebcallaway.theworldrace.org this guy has an adventurous spirit and is gifted in many ways. He is funny, charming, and eager to grow closer to the Lord and those whom God puts in his life. HE is so inviting, accepting, and wants to make Jesus known in his life and in the lives of others.
Erica Everett: ericaeverett.theworldrace.org Yall, this girl, is awesome. SHe has a willingness about her to serve the Lord in every capacity in her life. She has an eagerness to grow deeper still in the Lord and hear his voice, and she loves well. She is kind and compassionate, she has heart for others and making Christ known, and is a great encourager and leader. Yes She is a leader, and doing a great job of it on the race. she actually encouraged me with a word from the Lord that I trust he is fulfilling now and will continue to.
Annalea Krukowski: annaleakrukowski.theworldrace.org What can I say about this girl, she is the princess of sass, yet she always strives to bring laughter and a smile to everyone she comes into contact with. she walks in obedience with the Lord and she to me has the personality of Princess Leia.
Mac Shelton (AKA MAc daddy, Big Mac,etc): Macshelton.theworldrace.org This guy is a lovable, friendly, outgoing extrovert who has such a big and soft heart that he may or may not want people to know. He is genuine and real, and I can see God transforming him and breaking his heart for the things that break his. Love ya dude. btw you cannot help but want to be around this guy, even though he can be a handful at times.
ALexis Sills: alexissills.theworldrace.org She is funny, smart, unique and genuinely cares about things and people very deeply. She is someone you are so lucky and blessed with to have in your life because of her smile, warm personality, yet also sass factor as well. she is super optimistic, and seeks to serve with eagerness.
Nathan Singleton: nathansingleton.theworldrace.org This is a mighty man of the Lord who is firm and strong and steadfast in his faith and trust in the Lord. He makes it his mission and his goal to lead others to and in Christ. He has a great personality and he strives to see Christ known in his life and others. DId I mention he has some serious tennis game?!
Thomas Bennage: thomasbennage.theworldrace.org I was so grateful to know him more at training camp and follow this guy. HE is so knowledgeable, fun loving, and can SING. He has been growing so much that it is has been awesome to see. He may be a little quiet, but when he speaks it is with the authority and boldness of Christ, and it is what needs to be said.
Isaiah Carter: zaycarter.theworldrace.org This man is a mighty man, leader and warrior of the Lord. His life is an adventure with the Holy spirit in complete surrender and obedience. If given the chance talk to him or ask him about the transformation God did in him at training camp. He stands firm yet is gentle, and he never puts himself above or over anyone.
David Hertlein: davidhertlein.theworldrace.org He is an adventure just waiting to be set free. He has a family oriented, big heart that loves all dearly and deeply for life. He is super resourceful and desires more of the Lord in his life and others. We actually slept in a hammock together at training camp, and lemme tell ya, it was the best night of sleep I had all week that week. Miss ya dude.
Alex Klimkoski: Alexklimloski.theworldrace.org Small but mighty is this one. SHe has a fierce gentle love of the Lord that just reflects from her in all she says and does. She is super funny and is being renewed daily. SHe actually was just baptized in Romania!!! SHe is also powerful and energetic.
Liz Morton: Lizmorton.theworldrace.org SHe is very gentle, compassionate, and such an interesting person. I mean yall, she lived in FRANCE, that makes her awesome in my book. She loves yoga, and teaches it well. She is inclusive and makes everyone feel so welcome.
Madison Thompson: Madisonthompson.theworldrace.org SHe is very loving, sweet, and steadfast in the Lord. She is also very strong not just in faith but physically as well. She has a heart for the Lord and an even bigger heart for his people. She is gentle, but speaks her mind in truth at the right time.
Devon and Jonathan Carother: janddcarothers.theworldrace.org This married couple was actually on the same team as I and are very wise, encouraging and inclusive. They are open about their marriage and it is so uplifting. They are both very interesting people and it is such a joy to see them pursue the Lord and his mission together as well as see them both grow together in their relationship with the Lord.
Trish ladd: trishladd.theworldrace.org Trish is from Canada, and finally tasted America when she had CHic fil a for the first time at training camp. She is beautiful in side and out, and has a warm gentle personality.
Connor Oberg: connoroberg.theworldrace.org This guy is super smart, athletic, and willing to put GOd before anything else. FUn fact, his girlfriend is on the race as well, but on a different team!! talk about individual growth in the Lord and not being near the person you love for a year. That makes this guy obedient, and awesome in my book.
Kristen Poljansek AKA Kricket: kristenpoljansek.theworldrace.org SHe has a beautiful voice, gentle spirit, loves well, and relates to children so beautifully. SHe brings a smile to almost everyone she meets, and she does not have an ounce of hate or disappointment at at. Talk about a beautiful reflection of Jesus.
Dosson Stubblefield (D-Stubb): dossonstubblefield.theworldrace.org This guy is one of the guys I grew super close with the past year and at training camp. He has a lot to offer, very wise, tender hearted, big hearted, and loves well. HE attaches to people so quickly and accepts them, which is why we are probably so close and grew close because we are kind of the same in that. HE is a leader and loves Jesus so well. Ask him about what God did and showed him in his time in Israel.
Molly Duggan: mollyduggan.theworldrace.org She was my partner in crime when it came to the timed hike, and will forever be my partner in crime. She is filled with the Spirit and if sass were a spiritual gift, she would have that as her number 1. She is funny and precious and she loves as Jesus well. SHe also has an awesome spunky outgoing personality.
Sarah Hopkins: sarahhopkins.theworldrace.org She is super organized, cares about people and loves to build relationships. She is not afraid to ask the deep questions that truly allow her to get to know a person and connect with them. Probably because she is a deep person inside and out. She is smart and has a heart for God’s people.
Jenn Nibbe: jennnibbe.theworldrace.org Quiet but powerful. This girl can be aggressive in a game of real life mario kart. She has a gentleness about her that is unmatched, and she lead quietly but intentionally. She is willing to show and express herself and her journey, in any way that is creative, and she is super talented.
Kristine peterson: kristinepeterson.theworldrace.org Can i just say how funny she is and how witty her personality is. Truly, she is a rare person to come across. She always shares the funniest moments and expresses herself in many ways. she also cares very deeply and is super compassionate.
Sarah Schultz: sarahschultz.theworldrace.org This girl is one of a kind and is not afraid to be herself. She invites everyone into her life, and does not let anyone she comes into contact with feel left out. Her laugh is contagious and she always has a bright and optimistic personality. Do not forget to give her coffee though!
Tayla Taylor: taylataylor.theworldrace.org. Strong, carefree, faithful, obedient are just few of the words I would use to describe this woman of God. She is open to the leading of God and she leads well. I hope she becomes a team leader at some point. She is also super funny and creative.
Shanon Brown: shannonbrown.theworldrace.org WHat can i say about Shannon other than her Laugh!! it is awesome. She is confident, firm, and wiling to be transformed.SHe is funny and is a great story teller. she is also a great person to be around. She will keep you accountable, speak real truth to you and just keep it real. She will gently, rebuke you in a christ like way and it is awesome. keep it real hommiiee
Bethany and Derek Dameron: derekandbethanydameron.theworldrace.org This married couple is so open and honest about everything in their life. Bethany is a dancer (yass) and Derek is a writer. YOu should ask how they met it is awesome. THey have a tender heart for the things of the Lord and Ministry is where they want to be. Bethany was a news reporter as well. They are just interesting people all around.
Ashley Ferdon: ashleyferdon.theworldrace.org Ashley has a humble spirit to her that is incredible. She always puts others first, and she make sure others are taken care of. She is smart, kind, and important lol.
Payden Simmons: paydensimmons.theworldrace.org This guy has a spirit that is teachable, while at the same time firm and gentle. He cares about people close to him very deeply. I am so grateful to know him and I would like for people to see how GOD is using him and transforming him.
Ian Wray: ianwray.theworldrace.org Ian’s got the magic in him. Literally, not just Jesus, but actual magic. He is a talented magician and he loves the Lord. He is a deep thinker but yet he still cares about others. Hear his story, it is amazing. He is also a great leader and loves to proclaim God’s truth. Have this guy pray for you, it is great.
Sisi Eisenmenger: sisieisnmenger.theworldrace.org She has such a beautiful quiet hearty and soul. She sees the best in people and creation. She loves deeply and she cares deeply.
Emily Lincoln: emilylincoln.theworldrace.org EMily is super passionate, outgoing, goofy and friendly. She has a sweet soul and bubbly personality. She is also intentional and loves people and their stories.
CAitlin Newton: caitlinnewton.theworldrace.org Cailtin is so supportive, willing to help anyone, loves well, and pursues growth, and relation with the Lord. She is also funny and has a lot to contribute. She is a great friend that i an grateful for.
Heather Russell: heatherrussell.theworldrace.org Oh man, this girl is phenomenal. SHe has a beautiful heart and adores others. She cares more about other people and I would say she lives out Philippians 2:3-11. She is eager for the gospel to be proclaimed and wants to see beauty in the world.
Brittany smith: brittanysmith.theworldrace.org Brittany is a so special, and loves so much. She has one of the most tender hearts and I am so grateful to know her. She sees the beauty of the Lord in everything and almost everyone. she is eager for growth and she leads by example. She has a willingness to be vulnerable and it is awesome.
