//Perception.

I love the view of a different nation and culture. My flight
from Florida down to El Salvador was the quickest international flight I have
ever been on and yet culture changes completely in every sense.

As we start to get closer to touching down, i take a look out
the window and see luscious, green everywhere and it is beautiful. As we walk
off the airline onto Salvadorian territory, I am trying to wrap my head how,
“Wow, this is really happening. I am here. Day 1 of the World Race.”

We meet our contacts and I am overwhelmed with joy, peace,
excitement, and I find myself wanting to scream on the rooftops “Praise you
G-d, this is what I am supposed to be doing!”

The girls hosting my team (Jenny, Cindy, Suzy, & Bea)
are some of the most servant hearted people I have ever met and their love is
explosive.  They told us the
ministry we will be focusing on the entire month is going to orphanages, praying
over people in hospitals, and working with the homeless. The neat thing about the
entire ministry we will be doing is it hits dead on the dot the vision behind
our team of 7 women – Rafa Warriors. Rafa in Hebrew translates into
healing/healer.

[To give everyone some background info on how the World Race works, is they split each squad into smaller groups of people, usually of 6 or 7. They do this so we can be used to the most effect, spread out around the country. The team i was placed on is of 7 wonderful women.]

Our desire as a team is to see people completely healed and set free from
their sickness and diseases. We want to see people healed from cancer and all other diseases. We want to see the lame walk, the blind see, the
deaf hear, & the dead raised back to life.

And in Jesus name [we will].

“As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.”

[Matty 10:7-8]

As we are in teams of different people that we may or may not know, the goal is not only that we evangelize and minister in the countries we go to, but that we also are being ministered to and growing in who G-d has called us to be. One in particular thing we do as a team to help this is something called Feedback or ‘Family time’. We get in a circle and one by one, give positive and constructive feedback/criticism to each individual in the interest of love and wanting to see the person grow. It’s incredible.

So Saturday night, we began feedback as we always do, but this time we asked the girls hosting us if they would join. As we go around the circle, practically strangers to one another, not really knowing to in-depth about any one person, we began to encourage and challenge each other. As we started to go around, i realized i was in a circle full of prophets. Everything spoken forth to another person was either a prophecy about that person that only G-d would have known or was confirmation of a prophecy that was previously given.

Tears shed. Joy overwhelming. Confirmation of the gifts or dreams G-d has been giving and true revelation of how real G-d is. There were so many instances where there was no way anyone in our circle could have known that about one person, but G-d does and because of radical obedience, hearts were encouraged.

With all wisdom and understanding, He made known to us the mystery of His will according to his good pleasure, which He purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment-to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.”

[Ephesians 1:9-10]

Want to know something awesome? This is supposed to be normal, not foreign or only something we read about from long ago. This is only one beautiful facet of how G-d works and it continues to blow my mind. He is so intentional and He truly wants the absolute best for my life and yours.

i serve an awesome G-d who is more real then the very bed i sleep on.

If you allow Him to, He will also reveal His mysteries and His wonders to you,

all you need to do is ask, wait, and listen.

He hears you.

“Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing
without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.

The lion has roared- who will not fear?
The Sovereign LORD has spoken- who can but prophesy?”

[Amos 3:7-8]
