Hey! Thanks for coming by! Let me tell you a little bit about myself:
I am the oldest of three brothers, all born and raised in Tallahassee, FL and Auburn University alumni/students. War Eagle.
Growing up an hour from the beach means that I took it for granted for the first 22 years of my life. Then I moved to Texas for a year. Now I love the time that I get to spend on the water.
I am fortunate to have parents who believe in the importance of breadth of experience, and took us all over the US (I have been to 47 of the 50 States). During school I realized that I had been bitten by the travel-bug. Spring Break of my freshman year I went to Kenya for missions. An incredible experience that I did not fully appreciate at the time. The summer between my junior and senior years, I was blessed enough to study abroad. I spent two months traveling in the Mediterranean. What an amazing experience. More on how that trip impacted me later.
I am a runner. I now have run 2 marathons (albeit the first included a spectacular, dehydration-induced bonk). Running is good for the soul. A good run helps me to clear my head, and feel God’s presence. Also, there is nothing like a good, hard run to help you appreciate the incredible creation that is the human body.
One word to describe me: academic. I love to think. I enjoy studying a new subject. I like to challenge thoughts/beliefs/opinions/assumptions and for mine to be challenged (in a mature, respectful manner).
What else?

Thanks for a few minutes of your time!
