So this blog is more towards future racers about married couples. My Father has placed this on my heart to share to others. That at first you feel like since you are single and you made a promise not to start anything and that being placed on a married couple team is a slap in the face. However, embrace this great and awesome opportunity you have been placed with a married couple.
Okay I will go back so you can understand where I am coming from. All my life I have been in the single life however there was one time a guy entered my life, however it just did not work out. Then I moved in with two awesome roommates. One roommate was like me in the single life but the other roommate was dating a guy. So I got to see Alyssa and Jeffery’s relationship from the beginning to the big wedding day.

Jeffery & Alyssa Peck
Alyssa and Jeffery are not perfect. They have had their up and down moments together. There was a time they took a break. And seeing how Alyssa went through the steps and giving things back to Jeffery. But it was all in God’s hand because they got back together. And were able to talk about issues and rebuild their relationship together. I got to see how Jeffery a guy really truly loved Alyssa.
Then there is Luke and Chelsey, who are on my World Race team, who have been married for four years. They too have had their up and down moments. As well they had their break moment too, but as you can see they are together and married.
Chelsey & Luke Duffney

Both couples have taught me what a Godly relationship looks like. That both couples love the Lord with all their heart and want to serve him more. Also they both want to learn more about the Father. Luke and Chelsey are on the July race and Jeffery and Alyssa are going to be on this coming January route for the race.
Both couples have taught me that there is no perfect relationship. That your main focus should be on the father and how the Father can teach both of you guys together. I also got to know what two Godly men look like and that they truly love their wife, but also love their Father more.
So future racers, if you get placed on a married team, learn from them and ask questions because they are there to help you out as well. I have been blessed with two amazing married couples in my life. And I would not change anything. So I have learned that it is okay to be single because my time will come. I just need to learn what a Godly relationship looks like and thanks again Luke and Chelsey for teaching me so much on the race. And thank you Alyssa and Jeffery for letting me see the start and the ending of your story even though I know it is not the ending it is just the beginning.
