Today is my last first day of classes here at NC State. Its so weird to think that I have spent 7 semesters here as a member of the Wolfpack and will be graduating in just 124 days. As I embark on this final chapter of this season of my life I am desperate for your prayers. It would be so simple for me to be consumed with thoughts about the World Race and preparing for this incredible journey ahead but that would be wrong. It would be wrong because God has chosen a time and a date for my departure on the Race and has even allowed me the honor of knowing exactly when that is….still, I have 7 months in America and more specifically on Central Campus at North Carolina State University.
Please pray that as I begin this semester, I take every opportunity to share the gospel with those around me and that I might be used as a tool to bring God’s love to the students here in desperate need of the Father. Pray also that I be disciplined in having a quiet time every day and draw closer to the Lord as he draws closer to me. I am so thankful to everyone that has encouraged me and is supporting me and is sending me out on the World Race in July…as my friends and family in Christ I do hope that you would also partner in my ministry now as God is using me in Raleigh, NC. Your prayers are so very important to me and I could not be more thankful for them!
