Hey everyone!! My first week of The World Race is over! I’ve learned so much about my team and also about the culture here. I’ve learned how to speak the very basics of the language here. We have talked to many people of Sombor, building relationships, becoming friends with the kids and adults. We have had two English clubs where people of the community come to the church to play games, have conversations in English and also talk to us about our life and culture. I look forward to talking to and experiencing more of the culture here.
