My past two months in Asia have been wonderful!! So many memories and what an amazing culture to experience.

Malaysia was my first country in Asia. My team and I had ATL (ask the lord) for our ministry. There we would split off and do ministry. It varied from meeting with someone at a coffee shop, grabbing a meal and talking to the worker. I met with a waitress at a popular coffee shop and we would talk. She was from the Philippines working here to make money for her family back home. She was a believer and one night we went out and she told me her story. It was a great experience to be told about her life.

Next in Thailand, I was with a new team because of team changes and we went to an orphanage that took in kids with HIV. They used to die from it, but are given a pill that allows them to live normally. There we dug a trench for trees so they could have shade on a building in the afternoon. After we got done with that, we started making jump ropes that would be sent out to kids all over Asia. With the help of our team, Australia volunteers and sone of the kids, we made 12,000 jump ropes!! It was monotonous at times, but knowing where they would go was a reason to keep doing it. We would eat lunch with the kids everyday and for dinner I would walk about a mile to get my favorite meal in Thailand. Fried rice with pork and a fried egg. I ate that almost everyday.

In a couple days we leave for Cambodia!! Thank you for all the prayers!!
