My mini me aka Samuel ( not his actual name lost in translation)

So let me tell you a Story about my best friend for a week

We ( team bare and team new kids ) just got to a remote village in the chitwan region of Nepal. All prepared and ready to evangelize to the surrounding communities. While putting my stuff away in the house we stayed at, I spotted a young boy and smiled then waved and continued to unpack. When finished I went down stairs and saw the same boy. So I decided to walk on over to him Grab his arm and lift him off the ground as my dad and older cousins would do to me as a kid. I set him down slowly and to little surprise he threw both his arms up for me to do it again thus starting our friendship. Every afternoon when I finished with ministry Samuel would walk on over grab my leg and hangout until his mother would drag him off to bed. We would share snacks anytime we had some. When I was bored I’d go find him and start throwing him into the air and when he was board he would find me, to have me throw him into the air. I taught him how to use his finger guns and roar like a lion. He taught me all the big deep secrets to life and much more. So at the end of my time in the village it was a sad day. I said by to my little man Samuel, and left Him with two photos a Polaroid of us and my mug shot passport photo to scare him into eating his veggies. That’s not the end to this story though I’ll still continue to pray for Samuel and his family to have their eyes opened to the truth and except God as their Lord and Savior.
