The view from the plane as we flew into Albania.
One of the first things that we were brought to see when we entered Lezha was the ancient bath house turned memorial for Skenderbey, Albanians’ national hero.
Behind the memorial you can see the castle above the city.
Kari Anna and I stayed with the Xhari family for the month. I got to take pictures of the family at the castle one beautiful afternoon.
Albanian home sweet home.
The Sunday before we left I got to go to Kruja with my host family. It was so beautiful watching the sun set over this old city.
1 Peter 1:24-25
for “All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls, but the word of the Lord remains forever.” And this word is the good news that was preached to you.
