Our time in Peru is definitely one for the books From being at Machu Picchu for Easter to living in mountain villages.
During our stay, we got to live in Yanacancha, Peru a small mountain village and the views were incredible!
To add the cherry on the top, Heather bought us Chinese lanterns. She challenged us to ask the Lord for areas in our lives that we needed to release to the him. We took the time to write our prayers on the lantern and as we physically released them to the sky, we prophetically released them from our hearts.
It was a beautiful moment as we got to pray over each other and watch how the Lord truly carries our burdens.
I hope you enjoy the pictures and I want to challenge you. If there is anything you need to release to the Lord, you don’t need a Chinese lantern in the middle of a Peruvian mountain village, you only need a willing heart.
