The day has drawn near and I can honestly say I am overwhelmed with all the support and encouragement I have received.
To my financial supporters I thank you so much for your investment in the Kingdom. I am sure the Lord is pleased with your giving heart. “…remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ” Acts 20: 35.
To my prayer supporters I thank you so much for your strength and protection. The Lord hears your prayers and they carry power. “…and pray [also] for one another, that you may be healed and restored [to a spiritual tone of mind and heart]. The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].” James 5 : 16.
And To my dearest friends and family I could not possibly express in words how thankful I am for each of you. I will carry you in my heart always and I believe God is moved by the selfless love you have showered me with. “Beloved,<sup value='(A)’>(A) let us love one another, for love is from God, and<sup value='(B)’>(B) whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.” 1 John 4: 7. We leave for Guatemala October 2nd!! I am flying out to LA to meet with our team on September 30th.
