Major transitions are, let’s just be honest, HARD. It has not been very long since I graduated college, moved in with a roommate, or even started my second job. I was speaking to a friend who simply asked a question. Basically asides from The World Race “where is your heart?” That question is a hard one sometimes to apply apart from your goals. My mind got really still… nothing was racing through my head… I felt the wind and I heard college kids across the street screaming. I wasn’t one of them any more. Where is my heart…
My heart is with those who forget
They forget their potential and strengths
They question their existence
They deny their rights to happiness
Because their heart aches
My heart is with them
The depressed
struggling
fearful
captive
My heart is with them
My mind can’t depart from them
I once felt their pain
Oh the God of glory is the freedom door
The God of creation stands at the door and…
knocks…
The most powerful being loves us enough to knock….
-/ world race fundraising catch up/-
Thank you cards for those who have already donated will be going out soon, so expect yours in the mail. I have over this past week formed a fundraising committee with about five very motivated girls so it should help out the process. I am waiting on a missions board in a Church in Cordele to decide if they want to help fund. Be in prayer.
You can donate personally through the support tab on this blog!
