So, I want to give you a sneak peek into my time here in Uganda- A normal day for us constists of- Preaching & Teaching every day of the week, door to door ministry, Praying over newborns in maternity wards in hospitals, hanging out and sharing testimonies with local b-boys (break dancers) or spending time with our host family. Some of these moments have been a bit challenging, because I have had to really check my attitude this month. I have really had to continue to pour out & know that the pouring out is worth it. That when my strength fails me, He is strong, and more than able. . .

Because of this thought, this reminder my spirit needed, it has been absolutely beautiful to have this kind of moment you see in the videos. I'm sorry there are not whole videos and that they are a bit choppy (not all of what I was preaching was recorded) but my team and I had the joy to go door to door in our village the other day, and as we we're finishing we were directed to this watering hole.

Down at the watering hole we found out that this is where the whole village goes to fill up one or two little cans( the size of a gas can). . those little jugs are the full amount of water a family lives off of for a week unless they just live close to the watering hole.

We were given an opportunity to speak to all the children and anyone surrounding the watering hole only after committing to a little bit of community work.

. . . So naturally  we got to work hacking away at clearing tall grass until they were comfortable with letting us speak…

Guys this moment was so special to me. As they were filling their little containers of water I was speaking/preaching of a "water that never runs dry". I felt just like Jesus speaking His parables to His people, His children. . .

I felt Him smiling as He was watching me. . . I felt His joy in me, and for me. .

. . So what you are seeing in the videos above is us being able to share some love with the little ones in Uganda. . .

It's us simply following in our daddy's footsteps loving on every one who is thirsty or weak.

John 7:37- "Let all those who are thirsty, those who are heavy laden and burdened. Let those come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, streams of living water will flow from within". . .

Amazing testimony & beautiful moments from Uganda. . .

More to come. . .

Love you guys ~ Dev
