It has been a month and a half since I have committed to the World Race and I can already see God changing my life and the lives of people around me. I’ll say it now and I’ll say it again and again, I love Jesus. Last month was a whirlwind of miracles, from convincing my dad, telling my whole family, and beginning the fundraising process. In the beginning I was scared (I still am scared) that I wasn’t going to be able to raise the money, asking people for money is a very scary thing and $16,000 is a lot. But, by diligent/annoying prayer , and by the grace of our sweet and loving god, we’ve hit the $1,000 mark. Only 16 left to go! I am so beyond thankful for the amazing people in my life, but most of all, the amazing God we serve. He is moving so much in my life already, cannot wait to see what he does at training camp and on the field. Now I ask you to do one thing for me, pray. Pray for a smooth fundraising process, a clear mind , and a ready heart. I love you, He loves you.
