“Me Gusta chocolate, Me Gusta chocolate!Te Gusta chocolate, te gusta chocolate?” I sang in a silly tone to the kids around me.

What a freeing feeling to dance and sing in a goofy manner and still be met with a warm embrace of the hands of the kids surrounding me.

So much joy despite the slobbered filled tubes of chocolate creme they would try and shove in my mouth. You know because I sang that I love chocolate so much!

A few members of my team and I had the opportunity to do life with the kids in Manantiales.

Many of the families are from displaced homes and are expectant of the love and support of our ministry hosts Cuidad Refugio.

When we arrived at the cite we had to readjust a bit due to another unexpected organization being there.

It was neat to see the shift in the atmosphere of frustrations to a spirit of WE get to partner with them to serve these people with God’s heart!

So with now chocolate stained clothes, I want to share a precious photo with you:
