Hey everyone! We made it to Nicaragua at the beginning of the week. So far we have been working on the orphanage property and playing with the kiddos! The first day I got to go out to a farm and use machetes to cut down parts off of trees. That was really fun and by the end of it, my arms felt like jello. We’ve helped in the garden and cleaning up the property too.
When the kids come we play volleyball, soccer, do worship with them, and just get to hang out with them and get to know that!! It has been amazing so far and I can’t wait to see what God will do through my team and I for the rest of the time.
The views have been crazy cool here! The sunrises and sunsets are so beautiful! Here is a photo of Mackenzie and I in the hammocks during a sunset.
