SO MUCH NEWS!

Well, first things first…. 

We moved!

We wrapped our last week of work last week, packed up our apartment, and moved back across the state! Derek’s parents were really the people who made all of that possible, they have gone above and beyond helping us accomplish what needs to be done before we launch! 

In other news…

Our silent auction was a big hit! We couldn’t have pulled it off without Derek’s parents, Mrs. Jill, the Jetts, and the Summars! Here are a few snapshots from the night…and if you missed it, we raised $2,018 that night! A HUGE thank you to all our donors!

 

We had a contest to see who could guess how much my pack weighed! This is Lily trying it on for a guess!

We love our Mrs. Jill and Mr. Aubrey! They are truly our Jackson parents, and we couldn’t be more grateful for all their love! And Mrs. Jill’s cake. 

And our BIGGEST news yet…we are only $267 away from our launch goal of $20,000! We have been praying to hit that goal between the end of May and training camp (which is Tuesday, the 6th btw!) We are so amazed by this great God we serve who is providing our every need every step of the way! And a huge thank you to our supporters! We wouldn’t be more than HALFWAY there without you!

 

And last but not least, we leave for training camp next week! On Tuesday we are heading to Gainesville, GA for almost 2 weeks to train with our squad! We will be meeting the 50 or so souls we will be traveling the world with over the next year! Please be praying that we are open to the training, be willing to take on what’s thrown at us, and we cherish each moment with our squad!
