Hello all of my faithful supporters

I want to start this blog off with saying I am doing great in all aspects, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Debreif was an amazing 4 days of rest and renewal of energy.Vietnam was so beautiful and lucky for us our lagistcs team loves us and booked us a hotel that was right off the beach and a 5 miunute taxi drive from the mall.During debrief we also got our new teams. I am now on an all womans team consiting of myself, Jess (team leader), Sarah, Em Ann, Hill, and Jo Jo. (These are all my nicknames for them LOL). As a team we were also choosen to so the Unsung Heros program with the World Race.Unsung heroes (UH) are persons or organizations who are already doing kindgom work and get no recognition or support. It is our job to seekout these ministries and build contacts in the area for future world racers to partner with them. As a UH team you are dropped of in the city and housing, transportation, and foood is on your own. In each moment you are seeking Gods next move for you. Here is a testimony to Gods faithfulness ON DAY ONE OF UH.

We got in last night to our hostel around 2:00 am, we made our way to our beds and made plans to be up by 9:30 am the next moring to discuss UH and get our stuff ready to check out by noon. Our Squad leader Stephanie book us a one night stay at Teduh Hostel.
After eating breakfast from our hostel we all decided to take some time with the Lord and then go to a coffee shop to get into more detail about finding ministry hosts.
Jo and I were down stairs and while she was doing Bible study, I was sending out email and doing Bible study on my laptop. I was hesitant to read her Bible down stairs, but ultimately felt the Lord leading her to do her Bible study down stairs. The man working at the front dest,Steven, spoke english and I felt the Lord convicting to talk to the him, but I was going to do so after Bible study. He is also the owner of the hostel.
While we were still sitting in the lobby area he approached the two of us and asked if we were missionaries. We began to tell him about the world race, and then went into telling him about Unsung Heroes. He told us that the reason he spoke english so well was because he studied in Nebraska.
I asked him if he went to church, and he proceeded to tell us about the biggest Christian church in Jakarta and that he knew contacts who would have ministry opportunities for us all around the area.
While we were discussing our mission, he asked if he could help in any way. I proceeded to tell him about our budget. After learning about our finances, he offered to cut us a deal on the lodging cost and then told us that we could use his hostel as a base.
We asked if we could use the kitchen so that we wouldn’t have to eat out, and he said that it’s ours to use as long as we’re here. Along with that we are now only paying $2 per person that includes a FREE breakfast.
He was also born here, so he knows the area and has offered to help us in any way possible. He has given me his contact through the church and I will be emailing her to schedule appointments as soon as I finish typing this. She also spoke PERFECT english.
When the entire team found out, we were all moved to tears. The Lord has not only provided for our team, but has given us a divine appointment that will lead us to find HIS ministry.
Steven doesn’t work the front desk usually, and the only reason he was here was because someone was out and they were short staffed. He usually doesn’t even work on Tuesdays down here, but because he saw me doing Bible study, He approached us. That can’t be anything but our God. A divine appointment that we prayed for that morning.God got started before we did.and if he did it before he can do it again. Same God right noe same God back then.Im PUMPED to continue to see him weeerrrrrk.
