My heart has been heavy for three days following the shootings on June 5 of an unarmed African American male, Alton Sterling, killed at the hands of two white police officers. June 6 unarmed African American male, Philando Castillo, killed at the hands of two white police officers. Before you click out of this blog, this is not a time to vent my frustration of how messed up the events where or how ignorant it was for someone to open fire in retaliation shoot 11 police officers in Dallas. That time has come and gone and I am beyond angry, frustrated, hurt, fearful and any other related emotion that comes with event such as terrible as these. This blog is a call to THE CHURCH. This blog is a wake up call to THE BODY OF BELIEVERS from all cultures and backgrounds. This is a message to those who believe in the same God and read the same truth I do. I want to share a post with you all that a friend of mine posted on Facebook.

“CHRISTIANS. Black Christians. White Christians. Hispanic Christians. Indian Christians. Asian Christians. ALL CHRISTIANS.NOW is the time to put all we’ve been hearing about in church and reading in the Bible to PRACTICE! If you put your race, political stance, or ANYTHING ABOVE the Word of God then you should examine to see if you are really in Christ!

Here it is! This is our OPPORTUNITY to be LIGHT and BEAR CHRIST! This world is SO DARK! How can we bring light and make a difference? What are things that WE have to do differently from the world? WE HAVE TO LOVE!!!!!!! LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Period! Every debate, every post, every conversation needs to be ROOTED IN LOVE. FEAR is driving this world crazy! Perfect love casts out ALL FEAR! Times like this shows the difference between “CHURCH FOLK” and CHRIST FOLLOWERS.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

Pray without ceasing.

Be light.

BE an AMBASSADOR!

Body of Christ we cannot sit around as our brothers and sisters continue to kill each other and themselves. We are called to be disciples and MAKE disciples for the lord. We can be in the world and in the body of Christ. Racism is a deadly disease that is deeply rooted in America’s fabric. We need to be in our war rooms battling these spiritual demons with pray and supplication. I am disappointed in this country but even more the body. I don’t want to be the modern day Isrilites. Partner with me in being apart of the solution. Last night I decided to get the squad together and do international prayer in Romania but I went live on Facebook and by Gods grace there were 133 viewers logged on with us LIVE, praying with us for out nation.

“There is NO FEAR in LOVE, but Perfect love casts out ALL FEAR.”
