We are leaving for the jungle in about 20 minutes and I realized that you all don’t have facebook to see the pictures that I have taken in Quito, Ecuador over the last two days. So I just thought that I would post the links and you can go look at the pictures if you would like to 🙂

I am so excited to be headed towards the rainforest and see an entirely new culture. The organization that we are working with is absolutely amazing!! They work with 5 countries currently and it is amazing to see the way that God is working through this ministry. In Peru they have been able to help 80 kids get out of the garbage dumps during the day by opening and running a day care center. Then in the next few months they will be opening up a home for the children whose parents can’t take care of them or who have died. In Ecuador they have a ministry in the woman’s prison and working with children in the dumps here. It is just amazing to hear the stories of the work that is being done in these places!
