Note: I wrote this letter on two different days, and the dates are posted in the letter.

Dear End of World Race Me,
Month 7 is ending and your not ready to leave the people of Colombia. You have fallen so in love with these people. Especially kids like Sebastian and Luis. You’ve learned this month how easily it is to fall in love with a place and how quickly a child can steal your heart. I ope you take that with in the future, to love on some kids back in the USA.

You didn’t realize until today how hard leaving Colombia would be. When you hugged Sebastian what you thought would be your last time, then he came back and hung out with you for 45 minutes before the real goodbye, [you just wanted to hold on and never let go]. Seeing Mateo cry as he said goodbye to Catherine just about broke your heart. And seeing Danny tear up when you said Goodbye, just about had you loose it. NEVER forget what you felt here. You fell in love with this place. Take the love you have for people and children and use it.
God gave you the ability to love, its meant to e used and not locked up behind a wall of fear and doubt. CHOOSE TO LOVE AND LOVE HARD. The love you give and receive is worth it.
Take what you’re learning this year, hold on to it, and use it. Use it for God. For His Glory and to further His Kingdom. He put you on the [world] race for a reason, to teach you things that you weren’t learning at home, that you weren’t taking time to let Him show you.
I pray that in the future you slow it down and you let Him teach and show you what he wants for you and that whatever it is, you EMBRACE it and RUN WITH IT.
YOU LOVE HARD, AND YOU ARE LOVED.
