As I look back over previous blogs, I have realised that you all may have questions I would never think to address in a blog. To remedy this I want to open up the floor to all of you; deep questions, random questions, funny questions – You ask and I will answer.
Here are a few sample questions?
What is traffic like there?
Mopeds (Here called “motos”) dominate the road, usually comprising 4-6 lanes of traffic on a normal road. There are no discernible traffic laws such as age limits or driver qualifications in general. Right of way is decided through the a massive game of chicken. For more information the diagram below is 100% accurate.

What have you been eating?
A variety of things. The staples here are stir-fried rice and fried noodles. Eggs, chicken, and pineapple are thrown into almost every dish, and the incredibly popular “sweet child sauce” is generously poured over top.
What’s your favourite part of ministry?
Alongside making promotional videos for our partner ministry Ezra English School, every day from 1:00-3:00 myself and two others teach english to two monks at a local pagoda. Over the course of the past few weeks I have grown to love them both, and my heart breaks as I hear them talk about their beliefs: That life is a cycle of suffering, only escaped through clawing together enough good works to redeem yourself. Yet as we continue to go, talk, and love day after day I feel the holy spirit moving. I can see his presence beginning soften the hearts of them both. I cannot wait for him to present us with an opportunity to introduce them both to the one I love so much.
Okay… the floor is open. Ask away!
