Being that I was accepted later than many of my fellow squad mates I found this challenge while stalking the Facebook page so here is my post on the 50 question challenge.
1. What was your favorite food when you were a child?
- I would have to say Mac N' Cheese.
2. What’s the #1 most played song on your iPod?
- I am of the 1% of US citizens that doesn't own an IPOD. But Most played would have to be Banana Pancakes by Jack Johnson.
3. What is one of your favorite quotes?
- “Don't walk behind me; I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend.”
4. What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity?
- Indoor has to be sleeping. It is not overrated!
- Outdoor is probably putt putt golf!
5. What chore do you absolutely hate doing?
- I would have to say the removal of lifestock droppings is not a chore to fancy.
6. What is your favorite form of exercise?
- Lifting everyday objects while accomplishing other goals. Exercise just comes as a bonus!
7. What is your favorite time of day/day of the week/month of the year?
- Time of day: Just when the sun sets here in Arizona. The sky is on fire with colors of red and orange.
- Time of the week: Monday because that is when I get to have fellowship with my Young Adults group.
- Month of the year: Tough one but I like September here in Arizona. Its not quite 120 degrees and not below 70 degrees at night yet. Its perfect.
8. What’s your least favorite mode of transportation?
- Probably Taxi; don't know why, just feel weird in them.
9. What is your favorite body part?
- Easy; the extensor retinaculum. Simply because my old biology teacher used to always say "To win anyone over, lean in and whisper extensor retinaculum and they'll be yours forever". Still makes me laugh to this day.
10. What sound do you love?
- I love the sound of rain. If you do too check out www.rainymood.com. It is simply amazing.
11. If you could throw any kind of party, what would it be like and what would it be for?
- Probably a knitting party because the older ladies that love to knit are just a hoot!
12. If you could paint a picture of any scenery you’ve seen before, what would you paint?
- The Red Rocks of Sedona here in Arizona. If you seriously haven't seen a photo of them Google them now.
13. If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be?
- I don't know, I am only 25. Just getting started on life so ask me again when I'm closer to 90 then I'll tell you.
14. If you knew the world was ending in 2012, what would you do differently?
- Well being there are only 2 months left I would surely drop everything that is holding me from the Lord and embrace him to the fullest and try to share the Gospel with as many people as I could in that short period of time.
15. If you could choose anyone, who would you pick as your mentor?
- Francis Chan; That man is an incredible preacher and spiritual leader.
16. If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be?
- I would have to say the second coming of our Lord. I would love to see how the world reacts as He walks among us once again.
17. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
- I would like to learn how to become a verbal sponge with the ability to absorb any language and speak it fluently.
18. If you had to work on only one project for the next year, what would it be?
- It would be myself. I am one heck of a project already but if I only focused on working on myself I know I could grow vastly!
19 If you were immortal for a day, what would you do?
- Stop bullets and stuff.
20. If you had to change your first name, what would you change it to?
- Something unique and very creative that could also have a catchy nickname. Leander or a combination of my name with my middle name: Davian.
21. If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?
- Albert Einstein.
22. If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
- Double check the ticket to make sure I wasn't have some sick dream.
23. If you were reincarnated as an animal/drink/ice cream flavor, what would it be?
- Animal: Penguin because I look good in a tuxedo.
- Drink: Fanta, because don't you wanta wanta Fanta?
- Ice Cream: Rocky Road because I am sweet but also a little nutty!
24. If you could know the answer to any question, besides “What is the meaning of life?”, what would it be?
- Why?
25. If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?
- Robin Hood because I look darn good in green tights.
26. Which celebrity do you get mistaken for?
- Charlie Brown
27. What do you want to be when you grow up?
- A better man.
28. When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?
- Pretty sure if I have 30 minutes of free-time it is used as down-time.
29. What would you name the autobiography of your life?
- Life; chapter by chapter.

- Have to go with "Eye of the Tiger", but the most played would be Jack Johnson – Sitting, waiting, wishing.
31. Have you ever had something happen to you that you thought was bad but it turned out to be for the best?
- Pretty sure my past relationships that have caused me to grow.
32. What was one of the best parties you’ve ever been to?
- Crazy enough it was Halloween 2012, a bunch of close guy friends all "suited up" and we just had guy bonding time along with a few female friends as well! The night was legen…wait for it….dary!
33. What was the last movie, TV show or book that made you cry or tear up?
- I would have to say the book "not a fan" by Kyle Idleman. Really really gripping book.
34. What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done?
- Admitting my faults and being completely transparent for all to see.
35. What was the last experience that made you a stronger person?
- Going through the acceptance process of The World Race. The waiting gave me patience.
36. What did you do growing up that got you into trouble?
- My poor school work.
37. When was the last time you had an amazing meal?
- My mother made some pretty amazing Sloppy-Joes a while ago.
38. What’s the best/worst gift you’ve ever given/received?
- Given: I am not to imaginative so I usually just give gift cards which are good and bad.

39. What do you miss most about being a kid?
- Mainly my friends growing up.
40. What is your first memory of being really excited?
- I would have to say building my first Pinewood derby car with my Pops for cub scouts.
41. What was the first thing you bought with your own money?
- Probably a piece of candy or something nothing too exciting.
42. When was the last time you were nervous?
- This whole past week.
43. What is something you learned in the last week?
- That if you eat 2 bananas and drink a liter of sprite it makes you vomit. Pretty neat!
44. What story does your family always tell about you?
- My mother always likes to tell the stories about how I was a little mischievous child that got into everything. One of the few are I threw several pies all over the walls and floor or I dumped an entire bottle of laundry soap on the floor.
45. At what age did you become an adult?
- Am I really even an adult now? I feel like a kid sometimes in grown man pants! But maturity wise I would say early 20's when life hit me.

- Nothing but the sky bahbay!

- No, no; allow me to ask you "why is the moon"? Besides don't be silly, chocolate icecream doesn't have bones!

- Folgers in your cup; duh. Everyone knows that.

- Him and Fat Albert are grubbing out on some BBQ down on Sesame street with the Muppits.
50. Is a picture worth a thousand words? Elaborate.
- Loosely thinking I agree it is for I believe this common adage allows the complex notion that raw and real emotion can be conveyed through a single still image flooding the viewer with thoughts and "feelings" well worth more than a thousand words.
