We have wrapped up our time here in Malaysia. We said goodbye to our amazing host family and our friends at the “white tent”. We ate there almost every night for dinner. On the night we left they gave us a farewell dinner! They were an extremely nice family. Ministry ended with the same as we started. The guys taught English class twice a week. We did some more yard work and helped the girls with some of their prep work for class.
It’s crazy to say but we are entering our final month of the race! Month 11 in China! We will spend a week in Hong Kong to get our visas for China. Then we will have just 2 short weeks of ministry before our final debrief in Beijing. Our flight home comes into Seattle, Washington on May 30th! I wanted to also say due to regulations we are not sure about, we are unable to visit our blog or possibly use facebook this next month. Everything is monitored, so even using email we will have to monitor what we write. So there is a very good chance this will be my last blog until returning home in the states.
I wanted to share some of my favorite photos that I have taken this year. I realized that I really enjoy nature and all the fine details God has placed in his creation. Thank you all for supporting me in this crazy journey that God has taken me on. I was reminded just yesterday of how blessed I am for being able to travel and do ministry. I met a man on the bus named Chen and he is from China, working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He wished that he was able to travel and live the life that I am living. So thank you so much once again.
