I’M GOING TO THE PHILIPPINES!!!!!!
And not to just go! But to SPREAD THE LOVE OF GOD!
As I hit a bit of a rough spot this past summer, I realized that the plans I had for myself were not the same plans that God has for me. Things are changing and FAST. God is placing stepping stones out of people and opportunities in my life to bring Glory to him, and that’s what I’m going to do!
I’m taking a three month mission trip to the Philippines to help save children from the sex-trafficking industry and raise orphaned and at-risk youth. I will be sharing the love of Christ by administering disaster relief, helping to care for orphans, serving in birth clinics, facilitating youth camps, ministering to children, and building shelters. Although I am extremely excited for all the new experiences I will have, I know that they can be extremely challenging, discomforting, and difficult to adapt to. But I also know that it will a life changing and eye opening experience that I will be able to grow on.
As I take this leap of faith into a completely foreign country, I am asking for a partnership with those who support me; physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Not only will you be partnering me, but with the Adventures in Missions Ministry as well. You can be a part of what God is through me and through the ministry!
I would never be able to take on this challenge of a three month mission trip if it weren’t for the people around me and knowing how much support I have with my decision. So thank you. A TON! Thank you. You guys really have no idea how thankful I am for your support.
