first loved us.”
month – but I am overwhelmed by all the things that God has done each day. Our days consist usually of: waking up around
noon or later, eating something delicious that I cook myself, either taking a
tour around Berlin with the family we are staying with, or going into the city
and “*releasing prophetic worship” over the area. *Releasing prophetic worship basically means
that we pray for the place, sing worship songs for the area and speak God’s
love over them … just trying to bring the presence of Jesus and the Holy Spirit
into the place – hoping that people will be changed by what they feel! I have fallen back in love with singing
during this process!
Every single day that I have been in this house – I have
FELT the love of God! I have never felt
His love so near and so real before! Our
first day here – we were all praying for each other. We were sharing if we got a word from God for
each other and my friend Cameron got this word for me: “I am SO IN LOVE WITH
YOU” – he told me that he heard it in a thick southern accent!! Of course this made me so happy, but I was
hearing the Lord say to me the whole time they were praying “I love you, I love
you so much – I love YOU”!! And, I just
kept praying “Thank You Lord for Your love – how can You love me so much?” I don’t understand it and I know that I never
will but I just keep trusting that it is true.
If I have learned anything throughout this year- it is that He LOVES ME …
How can the words to a sweet children’s song be so true:
Jesus loves me
This I know
For the Bible
Tells me so

To Him belong

But He is strong

so!
Bible tells me so – but because HE tells me so!
He tells me through so many things!
It could be the faintest whisper I hear in my heart, the words and
encouragement of others, even through the touch of others, the words that I
read in my Bible, or the little gifts that He gives me during the day. Let’s just say that the other day it started
snowing here in Berlin! This may not
sound that great to some people, but to a little Texas girl who has only seen
snow a handful of times – I was FREAKING out!!
I was told that the snow was not going to stick, because it was not cold
enough – so I prayed: and guess what?
I challenge you to seriously ask Him – “show me How much You
love me” … He wants you to know!!
