My name is Dara Kolar, I am 21 and I am the youngest of 3, I have an older sister and brother. We were raised in a christian home and very thankful for that. I have played softball in college at Idaho State University for 3 years. Decided to end my softball career early, and now I’m taking a little break from school to go on the amazing race!! I hope to return to school after the race to finish my degree in Exercise Science. I am very passionate about ministry, my dad used to work in the church I grew up in and I loved being apart of a family like that. I’m really interested in working with young women to help them become strong confident women in God. I grew up in Renton Washington, close to Seattle, and when I was about 12 my family moved to Post Falls, Idaho. I love Idaho through and through. I’ve been overseas a couple times in the past 2 years, working with women, teaching and playing against them in softball. Learned a lot! From those experiences God has really given me a heart to reach the unreached through anyway God can use.
