Hello everyone, it has been a while since I’ve written on the blog; I’m still trying to get the hand of blogging. I want to think you for subscribing to the blog, for all your support, and for joining me through this journey.
I’ve been asked, “Daphnee, what are your expectations for the missions trip?”
I cannot begin to imagine what God has in store for me, for us, during this journey. Isaiah 55:8, 9 state: “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
Because His thoughts are higher than anything I can think off or even expect off, during the mission trip I want:
- To fully submit myself to God’s plan, purpose and thoughts
- To be bold and confident in His presence
- To stand firm in faith, be courageous and strong
- To be vulnerable and ready for God to break my old ways of thinking
- To be ready for change, and
- To fully abandon all my comforts and be transformed

- Romania
- Vietnam
- South Africa
- Mozambique
- Swaziland
- Nepal
- India
- Turkey, and
- Bulgaria
