I left Myanmar and have been in Thailand for two weeks with one to go. Myanmar as been so lovely. The people there are some of the sweetest people even though I can’t speak their language, love for each other is the only language you need. As we were leaving Myanmar they threw us a farewell party where they preformed songs, traditionally dances, and the best part of the night was some of the students recited the Bible verse I taught them the month we were in Myanmar which was a surprise so it really warmed my heart. God takes us from glory to glory as we taught English in Myanmar in the middle of nowhere and leaving with rats to teaching English in Thailand in a small city with a small lake behind our house. Thailand definitely looks a lot different than the first time. When I was in Thailand in December we had to do manual labor in Chiang Mai and now we are in the Fang area 3 hours away. I help two Thai teachers teach cute little 7th graders. I have been helping them in pronunciation, colors, clothing, and directionsIn so far. On one of my breaks between class I got to know 3 students while we ate lunch together. Even though we can’t come right out and tell the gospel since Thailand is a Buddhist nation and has some rules I can still see seeds being planted as we just talk to the students wanted them to know that we can be their friend and take our time to teach them English and play games with them. Going from Myanmar to Thailand is going from glory to glory as in every country I go to God has bless me with a wonderful place to stay even though it looks completely different from each other. Wonderful people to I teach in every country. Even though He may bring you out of a country love He will also bring you to another you will love.
